Overview
Azure is a global hyperscaler. amicu carries its EU regions, the UK, and a few non-EU regions, plus a slice of the GPU VM catalog with on-demand and Spot rates. The provisioning surface only simulates an instance lifecycle in memory; no Azure API is called. The default admitted set excludes the UK.
Setup and credentials
Nothing to set up yet: nothing connects to Azure today. The adapter is modelled on a service-account style credential.
