Overview
Google Cloud is a global hyperscaler. amicu carries its EU regions and a few non-EU regions, plus a slice of the GPU Compute Engine catalog with on-demand and Spot rates. The provisioning surface only simulates an instance lifecycle in memory; no Google Cloud API is called.
Setup and credentials
Nothing to set up yet: nothing connects to Google Cloud today. The adapter is modelled on a service-account credential.
